Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

We currently ship to customers in the UK, the European Union, and select international regions. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination and chosen courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. Any additional charges for express delivery or special shipping preferences are also the customer’s responsibility.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Racuzia does not cover import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by you upon delivery. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order if you are unsure of potential charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order. Racuzia is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or issues caused by couriers or customs.
